First I have to apologise for sending this card late. This is because after coming back from Singapore I had to attend a workshop and also our annual Conference in conjunction with our 30th year anniversary.

I'd like to thank you, your officers and staff for having given such a warm reception to my DG and my officers. Words cannot express our appreciation and gratitude. We hope you'll make a return visit one day.
