The Singapore Law Gazette has some very interesting articles lined up in this issue.

The 'Focus' of this issue is on Alternative Dispute Resolution. We look at the official launch of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre Domestic Arbitration Rules and Hearing Room. In conjunction with the first article is a reproduction of 'A Guide for Users' found within the Rules. Then, two practitioners state their reasons for advocating arbitration in Singapore, while others share their views on international and domestic arbitration and highlight the legislation governing arbitration in Singapore. Next, the challenges faced in this information technology era of increased e-business and 'e-disputes' are revealed.

In 'Features' this month, we have an in-depth look at Project HEART, the reconciliation programme for divorcing couples. This section is rounded off with a commentary on the latest developments in the Expert Witness Rules.
