The Practice Direction which took effect on 5 March 2004 and published in the April issue of The Singapore Law Gazette contained an error. Specimen Statutory Declaration 2 (‘SD 2’) that was printed was incorrect. The correct Specimen Statutory Declaration 2 is reprinted for members’ information. The correction is highlighted.
