World Gourmet Summit

The World Gourmet Summit aims to be the pinnacle of gastronomy by setting forth a promise of, 'Fine Cuisine, Great Wines, Unique Dining' and the organisers have truly outdone themselves in this, its 11th itineration. The three-week long event is billed as being a defining lifestyle experience and will draw connoisseurs in Singapore, Asia, Europe and North America.

Fine Cuisine
World renowned iconic Chef Heinz Winkler (3 Michelin stars) headlines this year's event together with 10 Masterchefs from America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Connoisseurs will be treated to an epicurean adventure featuring classically trained chefs as well as contemporary-experimental chefs.

Great Wines
Six internationally famous wineries from France and Italy, each bringing two decades of first-rate pours, will be represented at the World Gourmet Summit. With wine master classes and vintner dinners, wine-lovers will be in for a phenomenal experience.

Unique Dining
Four celebrity chefs will grace this year's Summit. Serena Sutcliffe, Bobby Chinn and Kevin Brauch will host dinners together highlighting their signature dishes. In what is sure to be a highlight of the summit, Keith Floyd will delight your taste buds with a special dinner featuring dishes with his unique 'Floyd twist'.

Other notable activities include a reception by The Macallan Whiskey at the Shangri-La Hotel, as well as the ever popular Gourmet Safaris along the Singapore River and Night Safari.

Additionally, 14 partner restaurants of the World Gourmet Summit will be running special promotions and activities during the World Gourmet Summit.
