Redevelopment of the Secretariat Information Technology ('IT') System

Following the completion of phase one of the redevelopment of the Secretariat's IT system, Council approved the scope of the work proposed for phase two of the redevelopment and determined to take steps to proceed with the second phase of the redevelopment.

Law Society Arbitration Scheme

Council approved the appointment of an Appointment Sub-committee of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee for purposes of appointment of arbitrators under Rule 9(a) of the Law Society Arbitration Rules.
