Council's Practice Direction 3 of 2009 - Hiring of Debt Collectors in the Collection of Legal Fees

Council noted, approved and adopted Practice Direction 2 of 2009 on inquiries to the Ethics Committee and Practice Direction 3 of 2009 on the hiring of debt collectors in the collection of legal fees, both of which taking effect in July 2009.

Both Practice Directions have been circulated to members via eJus News and are available on the Society website under the "Resource Library" section. The Practice Directions may be found on pages 6 - 8 of this issue of the Law Gazette.
